Admissions
Admission is not an administrative event. It is the first step in your child’s wellbeing and learning journey.
Enquire and Tour
Visit us and meet the team. Tours are led by a room leader or senior educator with Arabic and English support available. We'll talk about your child.
Application
Complete the admission form and the Family Information Form, telling us about your child's routines, comfort objects, cultural practices and home language.
Review of Application
Our leadership team reviews your application. If you have told us your child has additional needs, our Inclusion Lead is involved at this stage, before any decision is made.
Offer and Key Person
We confirm your child's place, complete the agreement and fees and we name your child's key person. You will know exactly who will be caring for your child before they ever walk through the door.
Preparation
Your key person leads your induction meeting, receives all your family information in advance, arranges a pre-visit for you and your child, and prepares your child's space in the room. If your child needs longer to settle, we never rush this.
Settling In
A gradual, flexible start, planned around your child rather than a fixed timetable. Your key person greets them personally on Day 1, reviews their settling plan daily, and speaks with you at every pick-up.
admissions team looks forward to learning about you and your family.
