Arrival and Welcome
7:00 – 8:30
Your child is greeted personally by their key person, by name and at their eye level. A calm, unhurried start
matters more than a punctual one.
Breakfast and Morning Routine
8:30 – 9:00
A shared, social start to the day. Greetings, instructions and songs happen in Arabic as part of the everyday
routine.
Child-Initiated Learning
9:00 – 10:35
The heart of our day. Children choose freely from carefully prepared provision, indoors and out, while educators observe, join in and extend their thinking.
Snack and Story
10:30 – 11:00
Daily storytime, including Arabic stories and bilingual picture books.
Outdoor Learning
11:00 – 12:00
Outdoor time is not just for running. Loose parts, natural materials, large-scale construction and water play all
live outside too.
Lunch
12:00 – 13:00
A calm, social meal where children are encouraged towards independence at their own pace.
Rest, Quiet Time and Small-Group Learning
13:00 – 15:00
Sleep for those who need it. Quiet, focused activities for those who don’t.
Enrichment and Continued Play
15:00 – 16:30
Music, movement, art and language sessions woven into continued child-led exploration.
Free-Flow Play and Departure
16:30 – 18:00
A relaxed close to the day, with your key person sharing how your child’s day actually went, not just that it.
